A little about me

I’m Adrien, and apart from hanging with one arm in Bondi “Muscle” Beach, the most iconic spot of Sydney, Australia, I’m passionate about helping people and finding solutions to improve their lives.

I’ve played sports since forever, starting with basketball (competed at National level for 5 years) and also tried everything from Soccer to Skateboarding, from Kayak to Climbing, from Boxing to BJJ, from Athletics to Ice Hockey.

Oui oui, I’m French-Colombian, but I was born in London and grew up in Marseille. I left for Sydney in January 2013 and that’s where I realized that being a Personal Trainer / Movement Coach was an actual job (mind you, this was not really popular in France back then).

As a logical consequence, I got certified there and started my journey really fast, surrounded by the most knowledgeable mentors in town. Right from the get go, I was lucky enough to be involved with the most interesting cases.

After about 7 years down under, I came back to France and expanded my skills in my home country but also all over the globe.

Indeed, being such an avid traveler, I got the opportunity to connect with clients internationally (Bali, New York, Los Angeles etc…).

Traveling allowed me to meet such amazing humans of all nationalities that I’m proud to call friends today.

But also, it allowed me to realize that despite the fact that training can be done anywhere, at anytime, most people remain clueless of what should be done to increase their physical potential and stay stuck in a stagnant routine, or skip their workout because they’re away from their point of reference.

That’s why I came up with this online solution, that allows you to practice at your own pace, anywhere and at anytime.

Frequently asked questions

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

I’m a total newbie and have no experience in training. Do I belong here?

Of course you do! I strive to find solutions for every levels. Some courses will be more challenging than others, but I always offer regressions/progressions that will suit almost everybody. If you need more guidance, feel free to email me or to contact me on Instagram for personal sessions.

My schedule is very tight with work and family obligations. Can you keep me accountable?

Not really. At least, not for now.

The “pull yourself up” program, is literally, by definition, you and yourself. You’ll have to use the tools I give you, to learn, and master the techniques to pull yourself up, physically and metaphorically.

You got this!

I want to learn more from you. Should I expect more teaching to come?

Yes. Most definitely.

I’m currently working on 3 more online programs. Stay tuned.

But again, if you’re impatient and want to learn more, the best option is personal online training. Email me for more details.
