‘’When I was 25 I had to get a surgery to treat an herniated disc on my lumbar spine. It all went well for the next ten years and it suddenly came back. I was in a terrible pain for 4 years on straight, no chiropractors nor osteopaths could provide any solutions. I could barely hinge, bend over to tie my shoes, sit on a chair comfortably was a challenge too. Until I met Adrien in 2021, and after only a few months (4 sessions per week) we managed to regain a proper mobility of my back, hips and the pain was gone.
